 You’ve scored your ticket to your chosen workshop. What now?

Prior to the workshop, you’ll receive an email to book yourself in for a quick 1-1 with Erin to go through a couple of things prior to the workshop. [Yep, there’s a little homework involved!]. This session is designed to give us a little background on your business so we can tailor the workshop to you as best as possible. We’ll also make sure you’ve got your logo files, domain name and mood board ready for the workshop.

PLUS you’ll receive access to your own Squarespace demo site so you can start testing out the platform and get your head around it prior to the workshop.

The big day has arrived. Be prepared to have your website building socks blown off!

We run a tight ship here at FRAME to make sure we can impart as much website wisdom as possible during the course of the workshop. If you haven’t already, you can check out the full course overview here.

We keep workshop numbers to a minimum to ensure we can be as attentive as possible and offer an individualised learning experience for each participant. Be prepared to get your hands dirty, this is a very hands on learning experience!

There’ll be good food, good company, good laughs and a lot of great website building!

You’ve made it!

You completed our workshop and walked away with a full stomach, and an even fuller brain. To make sure you don’t forget what we covered in the workshop, we’ve compiled it all into a jam packed booklet full of tips, tricks and references to any support material you might need.

You can always phone a friend if you get stuck [that’s us!], book yourself in for a brush up 1-1 training session or outsource those little niggling changes you might need.

+ Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at small business owners who want to wow their audient with a professional website without the associated price tag. The workshop is ideally suited to both new businesses starting out, and existing businesses wanting to update their existing site.

+ What level of experience do I need for this workshop?

This workshop is 0% code. Yep, naught, nada, ZERO. So no previous website building experience is required. We make use of the 'drag + drop' editing functionality of Squarespace to help bring your designs to life.

+ What do I need to bring?

Your listening ears (can you tell I studied education?) and a willingness to learn. And a laptop AND charger, definitely make sure you bring your charger [yes mum!].

+ Do you provide support after the workshop?

We're not a love you and leave you kind of business. We're always happy to help out where we can. You can always refer to your website building booklet that we've crafted specifically to support you and your website growth, otherwise you can book yourself in for a 1-1 training session to brush up on any particular skills or have a website check in.

+ I have dietary requirements. Do you cater for this?

Sure do. We'll be in contact prior to the workshop to give you the full run down of the day and will check in with you about dietary requirements. Please make sure to let us know then, as we may not be able to cater for you if dietaries are communicated on the day of the workshop.

+ Is there a payment plan?

You betcha bottom dollar there is (no pun intended!). We understand first hand that things like a new website are often put to the bottom of the 'to-do' list because of cash-flow. We allow you to pay for your ticket in weekly or fornightly instalments, meaning you get to reserve your spot without breaking the bank.

+ What is your refund policy?

We understand that life [shit] happens and that sometimes things just don’t work out the way we planned. When life gives you lemons, we give you two options to make the most of it - head here to read our Workshop Policy.

+ I can’t make this workshop. Will there be any others?

Of course! We're busy planning out our workshop dates for the end of 2019 and 2020. If there is anywhere you'd like us to host a workshop please don't hesitate to get in contact via hello@weareframe.com.au.

+ Will this workshop cover selling online?

We'd love to be able to school you on the ins and outs of selling online during the course of this workshop, however we just don't have time! We suggest you chat to Erin about here 1-1 'Sell It' workshop as it sounds like this would be right up your alley.

+ Can you build my website for me?
